Are your clones phenohunted in-house?

Yes. All clones in our lineup are phenohunted in-house and selected for quality, vigor, terp expression, and overall performance.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 3 clones.

How does quantity-based pricing work?

The price per clone is automatically adjusted based on the total quantity added to the cart. Larger orders receive a lower price per unit.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Austria and selected EU countries. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.

When do you ship orders?

Orders are generally prepared from Monday to Wednesday to reduce transit time and help ensure the best possible arrival condition for live plants.

How are the clones packaged?

Our clones are packaged to maintain stability during transit, protect the root zone, and ensure safe delivery.

What should I do when my package arrives?

Please open the package carefully and allow the plants to gradually adapt to their new environment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us early enough, we will do everything we can. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, changes are usually no longer possible.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted.
